CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation and No-Show Policy: We truly value your time and ours! To help us serve all our clients better, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late Policy: Clients are given a 10–15 minute grace period if running late. Please notify me if you are going to be late. If I do not receive a text or notice within those 10 minutes, or if you arrive after the 10-15-minute grace period, your appointment will automatically be canceled or will need to be rescheduled. Rescheduling Policy: Clients are permitted to reschedule their appointment up to two (2) times, and their deposit will be transferred to the new appointment date. Appointments can be rescheduled online through the “Manage Appointment” button included in your confirmation email. If an appointment is rescheduled more than two times, the deposit will no longer be eligible to be transferred to another appointment. In this situation, please contact me directly to discuss available options. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. If a cancellation or rescheduling is made less than 24 hours before your appointment, a 10% fee will apply to be rescheduled In the event of a no-show, we will charge 50% of the scheduled service cost. Please note that if the 10% fee/No show fee is not paid, future bookings may be restricted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and we look forward to seeing you soon!
